About DOULAVA

The Doula Association of Virginia is dedicated to fostering leadership, education, and mutual support among doulas. Our mission is to elevate the doula profession, ensure its growth, sustainability, and recognition. We provide doulas with the resources and tools to build and sustain their businesses, work within established organizations, or pursue both paths. Through advocacy, conflict resolution, and a commitment to professionalism, we aim to equip doulas with the skills to thrive in the business of birth work.
